Leadership is more than what you accomplish. It begins with who you are, is expressed through how you lead, and is reflected in the impact you make.

Throughout my work in executive leadership, ministry, education, and leadership development, I have become increasingly convinced that effective leadership requires more than knowledge, skills, and organizational responsibility. It requries alignment between our identity, our leadership practices, and the impact we seek to make.

This conviction is at the heart of the Identity–Alignment–Impact™ (IAI™) Framework, which informs and guides my work with faith-driven leaders across business, church, and nonprofit organizations.

Through individual leadership coaching and facilitated coaching circles, I help leaders reflect intentionally, strengthen their leadership practices, and pursue meaningful impact in the organizations and communities they serve.

My approach is anchored in a Christian worldview and draws upon established leadership principles, practical experience, and thoughtful application to real leadership challenges.

I believe leadership development is a lifelong journey, and that meaningful leadership begins with who we are, not simply what we do.
